In December 2025 the Algeria’s Finance Law was approved for amendments. Accordingly the official fees for Intellectual Property Services have been considered for review and published in the Official Gazette. The updated fee schedule applies to services set-up by the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property, including trademark, patent, and industrial design filings, as well as related matters.
These updates stem from the recent Finance Law reforms and are intended to match up official charges with prevailing administrative and regulatory requirements. The revised fees cover a range of services, including application filings, renewals, examinations, and matter actions pertaining to trademarks, patents, and industrial designs.
